My client, a growing tour operator based in the East Hampshire area are currently seeking a Digital Optimisation Analyst. You will be responsible for the development, implement and manage online reporting tools and lead onsite conversion optimisation to help the digital team enhance website performance and paid digital channels. You will work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and also be a key contact for our digital marketing and web development agencies, helping them to deliver key online strategies.

THE JOB:
⦁Line management of Digital Performance Marketing Executive.
⦁Develop, implement and manage online reporting tools, tracking key metrics and formulating dashboard analysis to publish to key stakeholders through performing traffic analysis.
⦁Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in defining the 'Conversion Rate Optimisation' strategy for the business.
⦁Monitor site and performance channel conversion rates on a daily basis; making recommendations for improvements.
⦁Monitor analytics of customer journeys across the site, identifying pain points and taking action with the Digital Performance Marketing Executive to make the journey better for the customer.
⦁Support the planning of website development roadmaps, to enhance the ecommerce capability of the company websites and to increase relevancy for users.
⦁Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and the Senior Digital Content Marketing Manager by identifying opportunities or challenges to improve performance of digital advertising and content.
⦁Lead and develop testing of website performance and thorough evaluation of any changes, using A/B testing tools and developing test and learn plans as appropriate.
⦁Support internal departments with analysis needs on the website, to inform commercial strategy.
⦁To assist and support in times of an issue/crisis, this will require being on-call out of hours in rotation with other Managers.
⦁To be able to work at pace, prioritise workload and maintain accuracy at all times.


EXPERIENCE:

*Competent and confident using Content Management Systems (CMS) - ideally Kentico
*Experience of Web Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau) and Google Tag Manager
*Paid digital advertising experience including PPC, affiliates, retargeting, programmatic and paid social
*Experience using behaviour specific tools for heat mapping and in page analytics (Hitwise, Similarweb, Hotjar etc)
*Experience in Digital marketing ROI techniques, Attribution, effectiveness modelling and econometrics
*Experience of A/B and MVT tools
*A good understanding of SEO, CRO and UX.
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extrapolate trends
*Exceptional analytical excel skills
*Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
*Have a focus on accuracy and quality and a good attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to influence and liaise with stakeholders at all levels
*Experience managing 3rd party suppliers and agencies.
*Travel industry experience and/or strong interest in travel

THE PACKAGE:
The successful candidate can expect a very competitive salary of up to £45000.00, there will also be some great travel industry perks!
