My client, an established wholesale tour operator are looking to recruit a Data Loading Assistant to provide full administrative support to a Hotel Contractors and other members of the Contracts and Purchasing Team. As a Data Loading Assistant your primary focus will be the maintenance of data within the department. This unique opportunity would suit a Data Loader from a travel industry background, with strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and administration skills, as well as very good numeracy skills too.

Job Duties:
*Entering large volume of data such as contract rates, conditions and allotment onto our in-house database
*Making travel arrangements and appointments with hoteliers for the hotel contractors
*Preparing and printing of statistics as well as analysing and comparing rates of suppliers and competitors.
*Ensure that all the hotel contracts and documents are up to date
*Investigate any contract discrepancy and also will carry out general administrative duties.
Identify missing or incomplete contracts or information and requests

Experience Required:

*Be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail having ideally worked within the role of Administrator or Data Loader
*Have proven data entry skills
*Have the ability to interpret supplier contracts Have strong communication skills
*Be able to work as part of a team
*Be strong in numeracy
Excellent attention to detail and also able to prioritize tasks whilst adopting a flexible approach to the role
*Fluent spoken and written English with the ability to speak a second European language is highly desirable in order to liaise with other European suppliers.
*Computer literate with sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) applications
*Ability to work independently and within a team
*Experience within the travel industry or equivalent

Working hours:

Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30
