Are you a fluent Japanese speaker with exceptional customer service skills?
Do you love speaking and engaging with customers?
Customer Service Ambassadors required now for an exciting travel group in London.

THE JOB:
You will be working on the front line customer service team where your ultimate purpose will be to deliver exceptional customer service to ensure that the client has the best experience each time they call.
Handling high volumes of calls each day to engage with the client and understand their needs, interests and requirements in order to connect them with the best department or specialist. You will need to know all about our full range of products and services and be a superb communicator.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Upbeat and energetic individuals passionate about quality customer service.
Previous experience of working in customer service, handling high volume of calls
Ability to multitask
Ability to build a relationship and trust with clients.
A passion for going above and beyond clients expectations.
Fluency in Japanese
