Corporate Travel Client Manager Field based working for a large travel management company. Are you experienced in Account Management? Are you experienced in retaining business and developing new business within the travel industry?

My client is an award-winning provider of innovative and cost-effective travel management solutions to the corporate market. The role of the Corporate Travel Client Manager - Corporate and WPS, is to effectively manage a defined portfolio of diverse clients to ensure customer growth, development and retention. The role requires strong support to clients, depending upon their individual requirements. The role works across the wider business, in particular Customer Support and Operations. Total client ownership along with retention and developing new business are all key aspects of this role.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
_ Management and Responsibility for a portfolio of diverse customers, both at customer and contract management level
_ Ensure customer satisfaction is delivered through effective Client management practices
_ Build strong, enduring relationships throughout the customer organisation ensuring engagement at all levels from booker to directors
_ Work collaboratively with the Support Teams to own and resolve customer issues and feedback opportunities for technological or service enhancements
- Plan and develop business Client management plans to measure and monitor success or areas for improvement
_ Keep up to date with travel industry news, market intelligence and competitor activity to aid strategic input into client meetings, internal meetings and workshops
_ Conduct regular face to face meetings, as well as telephone and email communication to aid relationship building

You will need to have excellent client retention experience, with excellent decision making skills and attention to detail.
Experienced of proven Account management is an essential requirement.

You will be offered a basic salary of £35,00-£45,000 DOE. Occasional travel to the West Yorkshire office will be required.
