An exciting and unique position has become available to an integrated agency specialising in travel marketing, trade and destination representations, with a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to excel and grow within a fast-paced, fast growing and hands-on integrated agency based in Central London.

The position will involve working on the agency's largest account as the account co-ordinator as part of the UK in-market representation team.

This unique role is best suited to someone with existing travel marketing experience and offers wide-ranging benefits and career progression opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

●Assist in the management and development of the Visit California account and delivering on the annual marketing strategies and programmes
●Build and maintain strong client relationships with Visit California Head Office
●Lead UK-based events planning, organisation and running
●Build strong internal relationships with colleagues across the in-market teams
●Provide support for UK campaigns and partnerships
●Having a 360 understanding of what is happening across Trade, PR and Consumer Activity
●Plan and manage client budgets; including annual planning and monthly reconciliations
●Coordinate all reporting and presentations for Head Office
●Coordinate internal resource to meet the requirements needed to deliver

Skills Required:

●2-3 years marketing agency experience
●Travel/Tourism experience would be very beneficial
●Events management experience would be very beneficial
●Experience and understanding of managing a variety of different client projects simultaneously
●An understanding of the creative process when briefing internal creative teams, including writing briefs
●Confident in presenting to internal and/or external stakeholders
●Be prepared to travel, domestically and overseas where necessary, including the US
●Strong communication skills, written and verbal
●Strong reporting and budget management skills
●Documents proving you are eligible to work in the UK
●Full, clean driving licence
