DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Trainee Business Travel Consultant/Rail Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting a team of successful Business Travel Consultants with on-going administration and support tasks. As the role develops, you will also become involved with any domestic travel requirements, working on some key client accounts and developing your skills and experience as a Business Travel Consultant. Your key areas of responsibility in this position will include: - Supporting the business travel team with all associated administration tasks and responsibilities. - Managing Rail bookings for key client account. - Providing the highest levels of customer service to clients in line with SLA's. - Working to required performance levels as detailed within performance management programme and KPI's. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Candidates will ideally come from a previous travel background and be eager to further develop in to the business travel industry.
