Based in Manchester city centre joining at a very exciting time. If you are used to booking flights on GDS or from a strong airline background, we want to hear from you. You will need to be able to look after the client's need from beginning to end to ensure top service. It's a fast paced environment so a knack for managing priorities is needed, but in return, you will be getting an excellent salary £21,000-£23,000 DOE plus bonuses and amazing benefits! This is a rare opportunity to step into a business travel role with a Monday - Friday workday pattern. They are under going some big changes and it would be an amazing time to join their growth!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Taking enquiries over the phone and via email from business travellers.
*Managing multiple accounts and understanding individual contracts and branch guides.
*Working to Service Level Agreements for each corporate clients.
*Booking a variety of travel requirements from UK hotels & trains, right through to worldwide flights & organising visas via GDS.
*Working quickly and efficiently as an individual as well as in the team on own initiative.
*Working with negotiated and contracted airfares.
*Looking after post and pre-booking queries and amendments.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: *please note candidates must have the below to be considered*
Either- good Native GDS experience ( Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre or Worldspan) knowledge in leisure/Business travel or airline background circa 1 year experience.

THE PACKAGE:
*The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary( £21,000k - £23,000 DOE plus excellent benefit and eligibility to bonuses
*Great hours; Monday - Friday business hours
