DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
Working in a friendly business travel environment, this role would suit candidates with previous business travel experience who can perform well in a customer service driven and team focused role.

Working on Galileo CRS, you will be responsible for dealing with all client travel requests and enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner and in line with client SLA's.

Other key areas of responsibility as Business Travel Consultant will include checking availability, negotiating suitable rates and advising of any special requirements.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
We are ideally searching for candidates with previous industry experience and knowledge of CRS (Galileo preferred although cross training is available). Candidates should have a flexible and customer focused approach, and thrive within a customer orientated environment.
