A rare opportunity, a global and always expanding business travel company are looking for a German speakers to join their team in Manchester or homeworking. You will need to be fluent in German to be successful able to train (expenses paid) in Manchester (or another location TBA) for a couple of weeks. This is a permanent full time role with a start date 3rd December (start date negotiable).

Job description
*Processing any ticket requests
*Actioning any errors
*Resolving the out of hour team's queries overnight
*Working to company SLA's on online and offline requests
*Using industry knowledge to source best value tickets via contract fares
*Resolution issues on the tickets may include but not be limited to
-Failed online and offline air tickets
-Airline queues
-Failed or awaiting car hire queues
-Re-issuing car vouchers
-Reviewing client comment's / requests
-Missing payment details
-Failed rail bookings

Experience
You MUST be proficient / fluent in German start date 3rd December (start date negotiable). And have GDS experience (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) able to start asap and train for 2 weeks in Manchester (location TBA and expenses paid)
