We are seeking an experienced Tailor-Made Travel Consultant, who has sold and extensively travelled to Africa to work for a well-established Luxury Tour Operator based in their office in Chester or remotely from home for people outside of the area. You will specialise in bespoke African travel itineraries drawing on your own personal and professional knowledge. This office or home-working Travel Consultant role offers fantastic working hours, a basic salary which is dependent on experience plus company benefits!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Creating bespoke tailor-made packages to Southern/East Africa, using GDS
- Dealing with agent enquiries by telephone/e-mail
- Achieving personal and company-wide targets
- Offering exceptional customer service
- Working from my clients office in Chester or remotely from home
- Mon-Fri 0900-1730, rota for Saturdays

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
We are seeking and experienced Tour Operations Travel Consultant with a passion for Africa and extensive personal and industry related experience of African destinations, especially of East & Southern Africa. You will be GDS trained and able to tailor-make itineraries. You will be able to work under your own initiative.

THE PACKAGE:
A competitive basic salary is on offer which is dependent on experience, along with excellent working hours.
